You are responsible for Services which you have made the Student Login, Student Exam and Student Kit Payment and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for any information relating to Services and all charges that result from those purchases. Edgealliance Education Private Limited is not responsible for any Payment for an Incorrect services your purchase and not to be refundable. However, if in a transaction performed by You on the Edgealliance Education Private Limited Website or Application, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a Service Payment is not confirmed within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Edgealliance Education Private Limited Website or Application. Please include in the e-mail the following details – Student Enrollment number, Student Name, Student Father name Student Course or Service you want to be purchase, Amount, transaction date and number. Edgealliance Education Private Limited will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the Service of Login Activation, Exam or Student Kit Payment, then You will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e mail. All refunds will be credited to the original Payment mode. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in Your Bank a Account depending on Your bank’s policy.
